Wie Befehle beim Systemstart/Shutdown ausführen? Boot.local, halt.local?

Das ist ja nicht der Systemstart, wie andere schon bemerkten.
Wenn man als beliebiger User Dinge beim Systemstart ausgeführt haben
möchte, legt man dafür einen Cronjob an (mittels "crontab -e") und gibt
als Zeit "@reboot" an. Also etwa so:

@reboot  /bin/date | /usr/bin/mail -s "Rebooted" ich at example.com
