cinepaint ist weg

Hallo,

ich mußte gerade feststellen, dass cinepaint nicht mehr da ist:

$ cinepaint
bash: cinepaint: command not found

Ist das vieleicht ein Fall für einen bugreport?
Oder wie kann es zu dieser verqueren Situation kommen?
