XEN and GUTSY

Hello,

just encountered some problems with my Ubuntu 7.10 Installation. So first of all the linux-xen package is broken. But that is not my core problem. Basically I tried to install a newer XEN enabled kernel like the default kernel which is currently 2.6.22-11. However it seems that there is no kernel above 2.6.19 for XEN in 64Bit mode that I can install. 
In addition I am missing the source for 2.6.19, which would enable me to compile my  "Attansic Technology Corp. L1 Gigabit Ethernet Adapter" driver as an module. This keep's me currently a bit in the loop, cause I cant use the Gigabit Adapter for Bridge0 in my 64Bit Box. 
In addition I want to know if there are any plans to support NVIDIA Graphic Adapter with DOM0 and Compiz?
