checkfs fuer externe Festplatte verhindern

Hallo,

ich habe ja von meiner externen Platte berichtet. Die Backup-Partition
habe ich mittels UUID in die /etc/fstab eingetragen.

Nun bricht der Boot-Vorgang ab, da checkfs fsck auf die UUID aufruft,
welche zu diesem Zeitpunkt gar nicht verfügbar ist.

> fsck.ext3: Unable to resolve 'UUID=...'

Als Workaround habe ich den Dateisystem-Typ von ext3 auf auto geändert.
Nun bootet der Rechner brav und versucht das checkfs auf diese Partition
nicht mehr.


Kann ich irgendwo (besser) angeben, dass checkfs diese Partition
ignorieren soll?
Gerate ich in irgendwelche Probleme, durch die Umstellung auf "auto"?

Und vermutlich muss ich mich jetzt selbst darum kümmern, dass die Platte
geprüft wird. Könnte es ja z.B. durch ivman anstossen, oder?
