Ja, "T-State" steht für "throttling state". Die Zahl kann man auch
direkt aus /proc/acpi/processor/CPU0/throttling lesen, ebenso kann man
eine Zahl in diese Pseudodatei schreiben (beispielsweise mittels
"echo 1 >/proc/acpi/processor/CPU0/throttling"). Ob Dir das weiterhilft,
ist natürlich eine andere Frage. :-)
