/tmp bei jedem boot löschen

Das steht schon auf 0. Gelöscht wird aber definitiv nicht. Fehlt noch was?
Das andere System (kubuntu 8.04) macht es, aber da steht "UTC=no".
Im ubuntu 10.04 steht es auf yes. Keine Ahnung was eigentlich macht, ob es 
damit zusammen hängt?
