Rechner hängen im Grub-Bootmenü

Hallo,

ziemlich oft kommt es vor, dass von mir betreute UBuntu-Rechner im
Grub-Bootmenü hängen bleiben und auf einen Tastendruck warten. Eigentlich
sollte das ja nur passieren, wenn schon jemand eine Taste gedrückt hat;
das hat aber niemand gemacht.

Weiß jemand, wie man das beheben kann? Meine /etc/default/grub wird unten
gezeigt.
