It'd be nice to reveal the essence in the first part, like your previous
"Let another user log in while your session remains open".
If you want to include the password-protected stuff, it could be two
short sentences.

As Tristan pointed out, this is not true in the sense that others *can*
login, although in their own environment.

By the way, it's a little weird that there is a power-icon for sleep. (I
understand it's power-saving, but still).
