Why is Gnome-App-Install inaccessible from the netbook remix?

Ah hah. Yes, this is very unintuitive, especially for someone who's
used Ubuntu before. A better place than accessories would be the
Administration menu (next to Synaptic), or, better still, at the very
bottom.
