[Unity-design] Fwd: What do we do with the file manager?

In GNOME Shell, windows can be easily tuned to consume half of the
screen. (use Super+Left for left half, Super+Right for right half,
Super+Up for maximize; drag the window to certain place also do the
tricks).

So extra pane is kind of dup from GNOME's point-of-view I guess.
