will Ubuntu switch to GNOME Online Accounts?

With the switch from Unity to GNOME in Artful (17.10), will Ubuntu 
Online Accounts be replaced with GNOME Online Accounts?  Or will Ubuntu 
continue to have its own, separate online accounts system?  Has this 
been decided?
