Adding packages to ubuntu-desktop packageset

Mh.

The gstreamer plugins are part of the ubuntu-restricted-addons
metapackage which, while not being seeded, we still offer on the desktop
installer for the user to get all the codecs, so it's still an important
part of Ubuntu Desktop:
- gst-plugins-bad1.0
- gst-plugins-ugly1.0
- gst-libav1.0
- gstreamer-vaapi

Some universe packages affect the GNOME Shell transitions, so we would
like to be able to upload to them:
- gnome-shell-ubuntu-extensions
- gnome-shell-extension-gsconnect
- gpaste
- workrave
- gnome-shell-pomodoro
- gnome-kiosk
- gnome-shell-extensions

- loupe is in the process of being MIR'd.
- showtime will most likely be MIR'd next cycle.

- ptyxis is seeded in >= questing, while gnome-terminal is seeded in <<
questing

- src:pulseaudio has some seeded binary packages and some unseeded
binary packages.

I think that covers all unseeded packages in the list.

For the reasons above, we would still like access to the unseeded
packages I've included in the list. If being seeded is a hard
requirement, I suppose the currently unseeded packages could go into the
desktop-extra packageset instead?
