Adding packages to ubuntu-desktop packageset

Yes, most packages in the second list wouldn't fit the definition
"Every package that is NOT in ubuntu-desktop,
desktop-core or core, but needed for a vanilla GNOME"

gcr4 is seeded however, so it can go in ubuntu-desktop.
