Ok, thank you very much for your answer.
I know the bug I'm talking about is fixed in earlier than 4.7 python-qt
release (4.4 I think)
When you say "the official release" you mean next 8.04 LTS update, next ubuntu
release or next python-qt4 release ?
Will this bug be fixed in a 8.04 LTS normal update or only critical
security bugs are fixed ?
If it won't be fixed in 8.04, I can compile sources myself and maybe build my
own deb package to facilitate installation for other users.
Maybe you can help me : where can I found documentation to make my own deb
package or better : script and config files used to generate python-qt4
package ?
