Request: Update for mobile-broadband-provider-info

m-b-p-i has been granted a SRU exception[0] right from the beginning,
but sadly I haven't had time to work on it. AFAIK no other developer has
either stepped up and provided frequent updates for the packages.

m-b-p-i is actively maintained upstream by Dan Williams from RedHat and
I would love to get back in the loop someday, too.
