bat and ripgrep conflict with apt install on 20.04 (server)

Hey everyone! I have a 20.04 server that has bat (installed via apt) on it,
and I was trying to install ripgrep (again via apt) when I came up on this
error:

dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/a
 trying to overwrite '/usr/.crates2.json', which is
also in package bat 0.12.1-1build1

Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/ripgrep_11.0.2-1build1_amd6
4.deb

I just thought the maintainers may want to know.

Details:

❯ apt show bat
Package: bat
Version: 0.12.1-1build1

❯ apt show ripgrep
Package: ripgrep
Version: 11.0.2-1build1

❯ cat /etc/lsb-release
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=20.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=focal
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS"

Cheers,
— Dustin
