Proposed panel menu structure for hoary

A good addition to this menu might be a "Connect to Server..." entry,
like the one in Nautilus > File. It is a bit silly, and perhaps a
spatial violation, to have to open some random Nautilus folder, like
your Home directory, just to get to some totally unrelated network URL.
