Mutt and UTF8

Hi there,
I think I have a similar problem with evolution when receiving email
from people whose names contain german umlauts (äöüß). The recipient
name in the list-view always appears like this:
=?iso-8859-1?Q? =F6 ?= <ö@web.de>
although i have the iso-8859-1 locale installed. The default is utf8,
though. Moreover, subjects in evolution are crippled as soon as a german
umlaut appears. The subject "Spießer" becomes "Spie" somehow.
Bye,
Bastian
