There is a link from that page to the bounty page of the main website,
however this currently contains mostly firefox bounties.

As someone who is interested in Ubuntu bounties :) I hereby propose to
maintain a bounty page on the wiki, however I would require some
assitance from someone inner to Canonical to aid me on this.
