Could offer "half mirror"

Hi, friends...

I have good contacts to an ISP over here (Hamburg/Germany) and was
offered rack space with a 100 MBps flat port with multiple BGP
connections. Currently we have 19" server idling around we could offer
for a mirror. Unfortunately the disk is not large enough to hold the
archive (only 9 GB free).

Is there general interest in yet another mirror? When I heard about that
I thought it would be a nice opportunity to have free traffic. What do
you think? All it takes is a larger IDE hard disk.
