Hi, one locale package which is not in warty nor debian proper (don't
know about hoary but guess not) is mozilla-firefox-locale-pt (European
Portuguese). There is an unofficial team working on this translation
and you can find their work at

Currently they are still testing the 1.0 translation but it should be
finished soon and the 0.9.3 version is working.
