gstreamer/totem: new packages

The Time ScrollBar in totem is always 0.03 seconds ahead of the actual
time. When it is moved it jumps .03 seconds on its own.
Ogg files crash totem when rewinding to 0.0, giving a "Could not
decode stream" error. mp3 files I have tried don't crash when
rewinding to 0.0.
Rhythmbox also crashes on ogg when rewinding to 0.0.

Pausing and Playing have an unexpected behaviour, scrolling faster
than it should without any sound being played. Then suddenly plays,
after a couple of Play/Pause clicks.
