pl-utf.kmap for Hoary (pl_PL.UTF-8 console keyboard map)

It looks like Denis Barbier patched[1] kbd and console-tools so that
regular keymaps work in UTF-8 locales as well, so getting pl-utf.kmap
into Hoary is moot. Please disregard this and excuse my ignorance in
this matter.
