Preseed question

Though I have no idea whatsoever what this means, why is the closing
bracket before nis? If it's a regex, wouldn't it make more sense to put
it at the end?

2nd disclaimer: I never even looked at debian-installer, but common
sense tells me I would check this twice, given the assymmetry of the
line.
