Little change on /lib/lsb/init-functions

We could make rc to check if some predefined symlink exists to the
replacements, and then set a variable $RCLOG that indicates the rest
of scripts that they are being called by rc, so they have to use
$RCLOG functions instead of the default init-functions. If they are
not called by rc, $RCLOG wont be set and they will use the normal
functions.
