Everybody asks same question. NetworkManager doesn't need bind9, but
apps do need NS service. If you open firefox while connected to ISP1,
and then move laptop to ISP2, you firefox will probably stop resolving
names to IPs. Having local cache DNS would eliminate that problem.

bind is overkill. Maybe something lighter?
