I am testing Xen with ubuntu. I had to compile kernel (XenU kernel) to
adjust Xen to my needs. I have spent most of the time on network setup,
because my usage is not the same as the standard one (explained in Xen
user manuals). But, reading xen-user and xen-dev mailing list archive,
I have gathered needed informations.

Until now, results are great. I this moment my internet router is a Xen
user domain (guest OS in terms of vmware).

. I have setup two XenU user domains which run on Xen0 privileged
domain (host os). I have used kernel 2.6.11 as base for Xen0 and XenU.

Best of all is that I have done it on old PII 300 MHZ machine, and
performance is *outstanding *until now (startup time, XenU response).

I have to point that these impressions are based on *just 1 days* of
testing in production environment.

Regards,

Ernad
