Breezy Goals - please check

Please note that I have created a table summarising the discussion held
in yesterday's Breezy Kick-off meeting.

It will probably migrate to somewhere else over time, but since all the
specs are stilling here, it makes sense to have this page here for now
too.

Please go through the list on the page to check which Breezy Goals your
name is listed against. If there are any mistakes please let me know
asap. Else if your name is listed as the lead you are responsible for
it! ;)

Please note that:
      * While the lead is primarily responsible, the second and
        help/test people have indicated an interest in assisting with
        the topic, so please drawn on them where required. 
        
      * If there is a Breezy Goal with no owner assigned yet, please
        feel free to volunteer! 
        
      * I have used IRC nicks in this table. Let me know if you'd prefer
        real/wiki names instead. 
        
      * Please also review the full list at the bottom of the page, all
        of which have been tagged as BreezyGoals. If they are NOT Breezy
        Goals, please remove the BreezyGoal tag from the spec. If they
        are BreezyGoals and are important but have NOT been included in
        the table, please let me know asap, so that we can address
        this. 
        

I have started all tasks/projects as status unknown, please update this
as relevant, using of of the status indicators listed in the page.
 

If you have any questions, concerns, updates, jokes, tales of woe or
just need to vent in general please direct these to me.
