New oregano package

I remember packages being in a superior revision, even version, and the 
Debian changelog back in Unstable said "sync with Ubuntu". These are 
probably packages maintained by people both DD and UD on the same 
package, thought. :-)

I can't recall names but I think the last one I saw was some KDE 
package. Anyway, I was already told not to hesitate to make an ubuntu 
package go further than the Debian one; as long as I don't mess with the 
revision, obviously.

In a word, we don't have to stick behind Debian. Just make it clear with 
  a "-0ubuntu1" appendix that this is an Ubuntu premiere.
