Malone: Making Binary Package go away on bugs?

Hi all,

We're planning to remove binary package from bug reports. Any
objections?

Our motivations:

* BP takes extra effort to maintain on a bug, so it's often missing or
wrong

* BP rarely provides much value to a developer

(Of course, +filebug will continue to accept either a BP or SP, but only
SP will be stored on the bug.)

Downsides:

* You won't be able to list/search bugs by SP

* ??

Thoughts?
