Tech support registration?

Can someone tell me where I can register my company to supply tech 
support for people installing Ubuntu or having difficulties locally.    
A previous version of Ubuntu had this listed in the help part of 
Gnome.   But now I am running KDE and I cannot find the link.  Where is 
it in KDE?   If not ... it should be there.
