But it does follow the release process:

   April 20th /!\ BetaRelease, /!\ UserInterfaceFreeze

If you click on "UserInterfaceFreeze" you will see that the final
artwork will be done by April 20th in time for the first beta release,
and a full 6 weeks before the final release
