Reducing the amount of NEEDINFO bugs

One that I need very often is
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingRemovableDevices. The whole procedure
is too complicated for a simple script, but at least the following
information should already be of help in many cases:

 * dmesg
 * lshal
 * id
 * id hal
 * uname -a
 * ls -l /dev/sd*
