cupsys - enable browsing or not?

Hi!

From cupsys changelog:

     - Set "BrowseAddress @LOCAL"; without this, sending browsing
information does not work (Browsing still has to be enabled). Since
enable_browsing now works for exporting printers, too, this Closes:
LP#17981

I noticed new cupsys package has enabled export of printers. Is it wise
to export local printers to local network by default?
