CD rescue mode.

A request for Edgy.

Almost 96% of the time I go into rescue mode has been to recover the
Grub boot sector.  I know others have required this as well.  It would
be really, REALLY nice if this could be a menu option or have some other
easy way to do this for people that don't really understand their system
and partition layout.
