In reality "users" shouldn't be running a beta version anyway and anyone
that is is probably well aware of it.  People that run Dapper run it to
bug test, see whats new and know that it may destroy their system at any
moment:-)

And.  If it is in an environment where it is visible to many users then
YOU as the sysadmin can change the splash to whatever you like but
please leave the rest of us to have a little fun.

I am in no way connect to Canonical BTW, just an independent view.
