Gnome Screensaver issues?

When we post bug reports they are set to NOTABUG because they aren't
considered bugs by the maintainers... gnome-screensaver is a mess... Not
being able to configure anything through any interface is a big enough but
to make it useless to anyone who has ever messed with a screensaver.
