Pureftpd 1.0.21 in Dapper?

Could i bring your attention to this bug:

We are using pureftpd to provide FTP access for our customers, and
1.0.19 has some issues that make it impossible to use in a hosting
environment. More details in the bugreport, but for the impatient: One
of the main problems we've been encountering is that connections just
drop while uploading/downloading data to/from the server. The other
issue is the very low transfer rates while sending/receiving data. Both
issues are fixed in the latest pureftpd version. I know 1.0.21 isn't in
debian yet either, but i'm more than willing to provide the deb &
deb-src for an 1.0.21 package that could then be used as a base for an
official dapper package. Since we'll be using it on our servers, i'll be
on the lookout for any possible regressions, and help out to fix those
too.
