We seem to have many more LP teams these days related to
development/bugs. Maybe they always been there, but I just noticed
them recently: Ubuntu X SWAT, OpenOffice.org Scribblers,
Ubuntu-security, etc.

We should gather them somewhere on a wiki page so that we can assign
Malone bugs to the correct groups of developpers.  Maybe the correct
LP teams to use should go in 
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/TeamSpecifics (Daniel Holbach?)
