(9) The version of vim supplied with Edgy has reverted to ancient
behavior. If you enter insert mode, then use the arrow keys to move to
another line you get a garbage 'b' inserted as a new line. This does
not happen on Dapper. This was the way actual 'vi' behaved, but I
haven't encountered this in vim in a long time.
