Will Firefox no longer be named Firefox?

There's been a thorough discussion of the legality of shipping re-branded
versions of Firefox in Debian [1].  Apparently Firefox's code is free, but
the logo and name are copyrighted and are required to be used together.  It
appears that the resolution will be for Debian to change Firefox's name in
Etch.  Will Ubuntu be doing the same?
