Agreed. I know it's a problem and we are working to fix it; we're in
transition, right now, and I know that hurts a bit.

Ideally, people would do it incrementally as part of registering bug
watches, if we made it easy enough. If we get stuck I volunteer large
chunks of my time to doing batches; I've done so before and will keep
doing so as long as we need projects registered.
P.S. If you want a project registered today and don't have the time, ask
me and I'll get it done.
