Upstream Developer Survey

Hi everyone,

I am collecting some data on how well we're doing with our upstream
bug and patch linkages. I have put together a survey for upstream
projects to help us better understand what things we're doing well and
where we could use some improvement, so if you're an upstream
developer that would like to give us feedback on how your project is
represented in Ubuntu then please take the time to fill out this quick

The survey is open to any upstream project that wants to fill it out,
large or small, so feel free to spread the word to upstreams that you
have a working relationship with and ask them to participate.  I ask
that you PLEASE do not just spam this onto upstream mailing lists
because that would be rude and counter-productive to what the survey
is trying to solve in the first place. :)
