Thanks for working on this!  I've only glanced at your code, but I've
been waiting for a stable API to launchpad for a long time, and it
looks like it is in beta now, though not yet well documented:

 http://news.launchpad.net/releases/launchpad-20-new-beta-api-new-ui-and-more

Hopefully it is functional and complete enough thatwe can mine the
data for this sort of app and make ui's that meet our needs,
potentially with targeted sets of tags that would actually help or
whatever.
