Thanks for the response Bryan,
I'm not querying it from a disk space/ram point of view.
I've fielded an above average for any other release ammount of queries
from people who's systems "installed lilo for them", I by no means
suspect the system installed lilo, more of a case of user error, but I'm
asking if there was a technical or policy based decision to include it
as the installation process seems to be causing an above average from my
perspective level of error/confusion amonst users who end up with lilo
rather than grub they expected.
