This is something which has come up repeatedly over the past couple of
years, but has never quite made it to the top of the pile (there should be
some blueprints here and there).  Most recently, I've heard talk of
integrating checkbox and apport to make use of the diagnostics and
question/answer facility to guide bug filing.
