Please demote thinkfinger to universe

There's clearly not much interest in the package; it has been broken
since December[1] and I've been unable to find someone to sponsor a fix.
 There's also a few other bugs (#243339, #256429) that could easily be
taken care of (see the debdiff attached to [1]).  Furthermore, the
package is in bad shape (tons of junk .svn and .deps files in there) and
has diverged from debian.  In light of this, it would make sense to move
the package to universe, as this would make it at least easier to get
fixes for critical bugs in.
