It is slow, as it's not a single round trip for each package in the list,
and there are a bunch of packages to check. We would want to cache the
information somehow, but I'm not sure how to do that without caching for
every person on LP.
I'm going to keep working on this for merge requests, as it is possible
to solve there easily, but it's not exposed over the API yet.
