It's stuck in excuses due to a hilarious chain of dep8 failures: net-snmp
-> 389-ds-base -> python-ldap -> freipa

freeipa (the last upload) is stuck becauase needs bind9 9.11, for which I
have an MP up[1] and am trying to clarify the lwresd drop that Debian did.
