+1 Maintenance report (August 4-8)

I started the week by going through the  previous week report and by
running the `find-proposed-cluster` script from the
`ubuntu-archive-tools` repository.

Since the `find-proposed-cluster` did not show many focus opportunities,
I started by picking the Work-needed items from the previous week report
and focused on some other packages which have been in proposed for a
long time (150+ days).

Most of the work for the week were bug reports with removal requests. I
subscribed `ubuntu-archive` in those, but refrained from pinging the AAs
to avoid disrupting any ongoing work targeting the feature freeze.
